Cancellation Policy

Booking: We only accept bookings from clients who are committed and serious about their transformation. - ALL DEPOSITS FOR LIP BLUSH APPOINTMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. - However, if you need to reschedule, please contact the Lip Blush artist at +1 (514) 974-9408. - Rescheduling appointments more than once is not permitted. - If you request to reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. ​ Cancellations & No-Shows: - If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us ASAP. - Cancellations within 72 hours require a new booking with a new deposit. This is to ensure your artist's time and pay are not affected. ​ Late Arrivals: - If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or a $25 late fee may be applied. - If you are more than 30 minutes late, a rescheduling will be required. Beauty procedures require the full attention of the artist and lateness may affect the procedure's success. Your deposit will not be refunded, but a new appointment can be scheduled with a new deposit.
